Friend or Task?

A Lot of times we turn away from God when we are having a hard time. We see him as a duty or an obligation. We treat him like a routine task that needs to be completed for the day or week! However, He provides us with rest if we trust in His process! In Matthews 11, He calls for us to come to Him. He calls the people who are burdened to lean on Him for comfort. When you do this you will learn to trust God’s will and find peace!

This week, try to lean on God by praying for his comfort and peace! Remember, multiple small steps turn into big steps!
